STEP 1: Charge Your Battery

IMPORTANT: Not charging your phone as indicated in your owner's manual may lead to poor device function and/or battery life.
 

• Insert the battery into your replacement phone.
• Plug the phone into the home charger until fully charged.

STEP 2: Activate Replacement Phone

Activation instructions specific to your phone are printed on the packing slip or separate activation instructions sheet included in your shipment.

STEP 3: Return Defective Phone

• Place the defective phone in the white or yellow envelope (see Returns page) and seal it
• Drop the envelope into any US Postal Service mail box. No postage necessary.
